As Vice President of Operations Benefits, Kirk Benson leverages decades of experience in the employee benefit industry to advance PCF Insurance Services Benefit Partners’ organic growth and identify expansion opportunities. He develops and coordinates shared services and he manages Benefits Partners’ relationships. Kirk works closely with Benefits Partners to identify operational gaps and identify opportunities for selling benefits insurance.

Jason Milz is a Managing Partner of PCF Senior Benefits, specializing in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans. With 23 years of experience in the Medicare field, Jason built an agency from zero to over 8500 clients, earning him the reputation of an industry expert. He has won top sales volume awards from UHC, Aetna, Humana, Network Health, and Anthem for 20 years. Besides work, Jason loves to travel and has a home in Mexico. He spends his time exploring the world and immersing himself in different cultures, reflecting his commitment to living life to the fullest.

Keith Wallace is a dedicated Sales Representative with over 30 years of experience in the Medicare marketing and sales industry. He graduated from Washington State University with a degree in History in 1990. Keith has been married for 31 years and has two children and a grandson. He has been appointed by the Governor as the Director of Agents on the Washington State Health Insurance Pool and is also a Membership Recruiting Champion for the National Association of Health Underwriters in 2020. Keith enjoys crabbing in the San Juan Islands, hiking, and golf. He strongly believes that service is his product and that leadership is the byproduct of it.
